This place I found by accident, thou I didn’t need any product at this time I decided to stock on CornMeal I couldn’t let the bargain pass by. I was shocked , surprised and amused at the prices, the products and the treatment I really liked this place. I wished they were closer to where I live and definitely I wish they where stock in the stores where I buy my groceries. I recommend this place for the baker in you and those who like fresh products. Fresh and Natural, Cut the middle man. Love Love Love ... Germany.

For the home baker, this place has pretty much any flour you could ask for. The basic 'bread flour' (812) was what brought me here, but then I found so much more. Most flours are about 1,10€, and the french flours are from France, the italian imported from Italy. Not that into home baking? They offer tons of pre-mixed packages, usually 2,20€, including seasonal specialties and popular breads from around the world. I'll be coming back here for all of my...

Absolutely a hit on the Insel.

When you first enter the shop you smell the bread and pastry baking. Only for this scent it deserves 5 stars.

The bread is delicious. The croissant search for competition. I do think that the quality of the products are outstanding, given the fact that the ciabatta I bought was still perfectly fine two days after...
