Ich fands toll.

Wir waren in einer Gruppe dort und der Chef kam persönlich an den Tisch und hat uns Alle begrüßt und sich vorgestellt.

Drinnen im Lokal ist es recht hübsch und aussen ok, müsste man aussen ggf. noch mal ein wenig verbessern.

Es ist dem Chef persönlich wichtig, dass es allen gut geht und er wirkte sehr authentisch und sehr angenehm. Zum Testen hat jeder noch einen gratis Minisalat bekommen, der echt toll war.

Die Speisen waren gut und etwas eingedeutscht. Persönlich hätte ich mir mehr Schärfe erhofft. Aber es stehen 3 Sauchen auf dem Tisch zum nachwürzen und daher war es recht perfekt.

Es ist alles sehr unaufgeregt, menschlich und entspannt und jeder Kellner war super nett und konzentriert.

Auch im gesamten Center ist es total entspannt und unerwartet relaxt. Es ist alles auch nicht aufdringlich und alle scheinen freundlich und höfflich.

Es ist auch nicht gerade voll alles verläuft sich sehr schnell, also deutlich entspannter als erwartet. Insgesamt waren wir Alle mehr als positiv von Allem überrascht.

Preise sind auch absolut fair, im Restaurant und auf dem Markt. Gewürze sind übrigens im Center wirklich wesentlich günstiger, da lohnt es sich absolut.

Ich finds das Center generell echt toll und werde nun regelmäßiger hingehen.

Es ist eine schöne Erfahrung und absolut lohnenswert wenn msn neues sehen möchte. Gerade auch fie persönliche Verantwortlichkeit des Chefs für seinen Laden ist authentisch und mehr als angenehm. Ich hoffe er behält diese Art der Begrüßung von Gruppen...

After scrolling around in Dong Xuan, we decided to have lunch in Sen Dong Quan.

The restaurant to fill up quickly and staff welcomed us nicely. We ordered a bun bo hue and a bun cha. Food came quite fast and portions size were quite huge. Tasty and flavourful. The caphe sua da was legit too, strong flavour as it should be.

Overall, it was a pleasant experience and we’re happy to have chosen this place. My only advice would be to put vietnamese songs in the background for an authentic...

The staff was a little inattentive, but it was probably too early for them to be properly awake at this hour. :) The food however was really good, I would say properly autentic. (Which can be a little too much for an European - bones skins..) I had the Pho Ga soup and was only missing some mung bean sprouts in it, but maybe traditionally they are not supposed to be in there.
