After living in the neighbourhood for 6 months, I found out that they offered vegan dishes when I was walking by and looked at the menu. This is a family owned restaurant and everyone was so nice and friendly. Great first impression.

I ordered the Vietnamese Vegan Spring Rolls as a starter and for the main dish I got the Vegan Bun Cha Gio. When I got home and opened the containers, I was really happy to see that the portions were large because I was starving! Great value. The spring rolls were very tasty and I love that they do it with the rice paper. The Vegan Bun Cha Gio was nicely presented and had plenty of noodles, veg, spring rolls and vegan fish sauce. This dish is my new favourite in the neighbourhood! They do a really great job on the vegan fish sauce as well.

I asked them if they have other vegan dishes that are not listed on the menu and they mentioned that they can do a number of dishes vegan friendly. Service ist sehr unaufmerksam. Es besteht keinerlei Interesse einen Gast zu bedienen. Es wird nur das aller Nötigste kommuniziert.- Ich gehöre nicht zu den Stammgästen und habe mich leider in dieses Lokal verlaufen. Es gibt eine umfangreiche Speisekarte mit der ein nicht Kenner der asiatischen Küche überfordert ist. Eine Hilfestellung wird von der Bedienung strickt verweigert. Ich wollte dann etwas das zu 100% ohne Knoblauch und ohne Zwiebeln ist. Das wurde mir auch zugesagt. Die gelieferten schmackhaften Speisen waren dann auch ohne Knoblauch aber trotzdem mit Zwiebeln. Getränke habe ich auch nicht bekommen. Es wird nicht nach Getränken gefragt, noch lässt sich die Bedienung nach Erhalt der Speise nochmals an den Tisch sehen. Im Laufe meines Besuchs kamen viele Menschen die anscheinend aus den umliegenden Bereich stamme. Diese bestellen dann gerne zum Mitnehmen. Immer wenn ein freundlicher Gast kam, kam eine erzwungene gespielte freundliche Mine von der Servicekraft. Sobald sich der Gast dann umdrehte, rollte die Servicekraft genervt Augen. Als sie dann meinen Teller abservierte fragte sie noch ob alles in Ordnung war. Ich entgegnete ihr dass das Essen sehr schmackhaft gewesen sei aber dass es schade sei dass man in diesem Lokal kein Getränk zum Essen bekommen würde. Dann wurde sie patzig und eingeschnappt. Man könnte ja auch durch Lokal rufen und extra drauf aufmerksam machen dass man auch etwas zum Trinken bei einem Essen wünsche. Dann würde man auch etwas bekommen. Daher 4 Sterne für den Geschmack, 1 Stern für die Umsetzung der Kundenwünschen, 1 Stern für den Service, 2 Sterne für die fehlende Hilfestellung, 1 Stern für das Verhalten...

Moved to Charlottenburg recently and this place is like a jewel in the area. Been here multiple times: quick service, many vegetarian options available, everything tastes great, quiet atmosphere -half of the restaurant looks like out of a 90's movie!- and there is a waitress that is at the top of her game!
