It's a small summer palace built from the King Frederick William III. During the summer season (from April to October), the new pavilion opens on Sundays and guided tour only. Please choose your spot and get your ticket from New Wing.

I enjoyed the tour very much, our guide didn't speak the best English, but she definitely has lots of knowledge and passion for her work. She answered each of our questions patiently and didn't rush through our visit. I like how educational the tour is and would glad to recommend this place to people who enjoy arts, interior design, or history.

The architect, Karl Friedrich Schinkel, did not only design this building, furniture, lamps, souvenirs, etc., but also select the paintings and paint most of them. I can't imagine how busy he could be. Very...

Extremely beautiful and skillfully designed Schinkel pavilion near Charlottenburg Castle, fully refurbished and brought back to former glory... The detailing and the colour schemes are just brilliant, even though only a few rooms were redone as they were originally, the overall atmosphere and details are very authentic. The staff is extremely friendly and are willing to explain the exhibits or tell background stories about them which you wouldn't probably spot at first glance... ASK! I was lucky to get a bit of a private best of tour by one of the guides at our visit and enjoyed it a lot! If you are interested in architecture or design or good detailing or fine art... -...

One of the best places/palaces in Berlin or in the near. Very clean, organized and preserved. The garden is beautiful, so are the areas around the palace. To enter the new wing you need to pay for a special ticket, and also wait at a specific time. It's like a tour they're giving you.
