This place is free to enter, it is just the entrance of the palace with a couple of statues. I don't like these areas as much as the others. In front of these 2 statues is the entrance to the New Wings.

I believe these area needs to be taken care of a bit more. Be sure to go on a weekday, sometimes it is a little crowded...
