This week, I visited here twice. The first time was amazing! The lady was lovely and the food was great. However, the second time I visited, I had an awful experience. When we entered, they did not greet us and just waved us to our seat. After that, she was just very grumpy when she took our order. When we were getting ready to pay, we were just counting our money and she walked over to our table. She randomly started pointing at some coins and just said ‘no, no, no’. Apparently they do not accept coins of 5,10 and 20 cents. Our total was something ending with 40 cents and at this point we did not want to tip anymore. We put two 20 cents coins down anyway, but she pressed them into my hand and shouted ‘no!’ When we left, they did not say goodbye or anything. It was a bad experience in terms of costumer service, especially because the first time was so amazing. Lady with the blond hair, you...

My girlfriend and I were in the mood for some Schnitzel and as this restaurant wasn't terribly far from the Alexanderplatz station we decided to eat here. We both enjoyed our dishes and while it wasn't the best schnitzel I've ever had it was pretty damn good. Service was find and the restaurant looked decent inside. I got the pfefferschnitzel which I really liked, it had a nice creamy sauce and the potatoes with bacon were awesome. My girlfriend went with the Hawaiian which didn't sound great to me but she really liked it and the fries were tasty. Overall we had a great meal and were completely stuffed and we only ordered the regular...

We were greeted by an absolutely delightful lady who seated us immediately. Our server was a very funny man, obviously enjoying his job & creating a fun atmosphere in which to enjoy your meal. We started with the homemade Soljanka Soup which was phenomenal and which we highly recommend. I had the schnitzel with mushrooms, my partner the chicken schnitzel letcho art. We both had the small size and it was huge. I couldn't finish the potato's with bacon & spring onions but my determination to eat the last bit of schnitzel with mushrooms is testament to how good it was. All washed down with some good, German beer. What more...

Authentic schnitzel experience. It’s not the finest schnitzel you will eat in Berlin, but it will definitely make you happy. There are almost endless options, with topping of all kind. For example, you can have your schnitzel with fried eggs on top, or with ham and cheese. All the dishes come with a side of your choice. There are 3 sizes, usually I go for the medium, because the XL is really huge. Great choice of traditional beers. Everything is in German, don’t expect to speak in English or to pay with card.

Good experience to have supper here. The restaurant is situated quite near the tramway. Inside, it is comfy and quiet, staff great. Maybe a bit dark where we were sitting, but the waiter lighted a candle. Waiter is friendly and speaks english. The place even have an english menu. Very convenient! Food is tasty (maybe fries are a bit salty though) we ate some schnitzel or cutlet. The portions are huge, I mean, the normal portion is way enough for women. Dishes are not pricey. Recommend the place.
