Edit: they removed the Offer and I tried the cheesy fries. Now it's really just below average everything. Shame
It's rare that you come across a store with reviews this bad that is still in business. In my courtesy as a very serious reviewer guy, I decided to take one for the team and check out just how bad it was actually because their menu deal for around 8 or 9 bucks for a burger, fries and a softdrink is pretty rare nowadays, when a common burger in any hip burger joint costs you more than all of that combined that already.
The burger wasnt anything special to be fair, it felt a little on the dry side but I think if you add a bit of more sauce to it itâd be a solid burger. The fries were solid too, nothing crazy nothing bad. Overall it was a solid experience. It wouldnât be a place that I would take people to or even go to if I was craving a burger but I think Itâs like a solid 4 stars at least.

When I called to say that the man was unbelievably rude to me.    Read moreZiemlich schlechter Kundenservice: Habe ca. 1:30-1:45 Std auf meine Bestellung gewartet. Als ich anrief und nachfragte, wurde mir gesagt, dass die Bestellung bereits ausgeliefert wurde. Bei mir ist aber nichts angekommen und niemand hatte geklingelt, weder per Handy oder Wohnungsklingel. Der Mitarbeiter am Telefon sagte, er wĂŒrde die Bestellung nochmal neu machen und legte direkt auf. Das Essen kam in den nĂ€chsten 10 Minute. Alles war kalt. Der KĂ€se auf den Burgern war bereits sehr fest und die Pommes kalt nicht genieĂbar. Die Cola war dazu auch schon warm, was mich daraus schlieĂen lĂ€sst, dass Sie mich schlichtweg vergessen hatten und nicht den Mumm hatten, dass offen zu kommunizieren (warum auch immer. Jeder vergisst mal irgendwas. Wen Juckt's!) Aber auch aus Kulanz gab es nicht dazu?! Dass ich das Trinkgeld bereits ĂŒber Uber Eats bezahlt habe bereue ich sehr. Was ein schlechtes Service!
Update 20:09 Uhr: Uber-Fahrer kam mit einer neuen Bestellung, die warm war. Der Fahrer davor scheint wohl eine verlĂ€ngerte Pause gemacht zu haben. Das heiĂt also hier Trifft den Laden und den Inhaber weniger die Schuld. Sein Ausfahrer hat ihn einfach nur verarscht und angegeben, dass er meine Bestellung ausgeliefert hĂ€tte.
