Tinh Co — Restaurant in Berlin

Unfortunately, I personally had a bad experience. At first, we were waiting around 15 min that someone brings us a menu, they did only after my partner went indoor to ask for it. Secondly, I have got a dish with the fermented pineapple (it supposed to be fresh), which already had a sparkling alcohol taste, super sour. I am pregnant and my taste now is extremely sensitive, so I gave my partner to try it too, he squeezed his face and said it was not edible. So I went to the serving lady and complained about this. She with an angry snobby face, like I would lie to her,without any excuse took quickly my plate and said that she will do new for me. We were on a time pressure, so I asked to pack it to go. In the end I got "sorry" and my box, where was my started dish with the new pineapples.

I find that it is not acceptable to serve bad and rotten food in restaurants, it must be daily tried by stuff. And especially in my case of being pregnant all the taste was spoiled, I gave it to finish to my husband. I worked myself in gastronomy and we were taught that if critical situation happens, we need to give our guests some gift (for example a free drink or dessert), but in any case the chance that after a confuse this guest will return, is almost zero. So will be with me.

P.S. I must add that dish of my husband was tasty and he was satisfied. That is why...

WE FEEL REALLY VERY BADLY TREATED! Yesterday afternoon we went to eat at the restaurant but unfortunately one of the workers attended us in the worst way. He looked at us angrily, he charged us the bill before he finished eating, when he asked for other things he simply didn't answer us. It was a sad experience, we felt discriminated against from the time we arrived until we left the place. The rest of the people attended them well, with a kind smile but not us, I think they were not German. I hope this does not happen to...

Nach langen waren wir mit Freunden mal wieder in unseren Lieblingsrestaurant. Leider wurden wir diesmal sehr enttäuscht. Bedienung war sehr überfordert und unfreundlich. Unsere Vorspeise aßen wir mit den Fingern da weder Besteck noch Servietten gereicht worden sind. Auf unser Hauptgericht warteten wir eine gefühlte Stunde. Andere Gäste die nach uns kamen bekamen vorher ihr Essen. Weder Nachfrage ob wir noch Getränke haben möchten oder ob das Essen ok war keinerlei Kommunikation der Bedienung.

Highlight Damentoilette:

Ein Eimer für das Toilettenpapier da es weibliche Gäste gibt die alles in die Toilette schmeißen. Was sind manche für sch.... ! Auf der Erde sammelte sich einen Flüssigkeit ( ich möchte nicht wissen was es war) einfach nur eklig !

Auf das Bezahlen mussten wir auch warten sodas wir zur Bedienung am Thresen gegangen sind. Keine Kartenzahlung möglich nur Barzahlung. Das kennen wir in diesen Restaurant nicht. Unfreundliche Angestellte die meinen Mann sagte das er den Laden verlassen sollte weil er sich über die Zustände beschwert hatte. Man möge doch mehr Personal einstellen in den Abendstunden.
