UP - Ungeheuer Pizza — Restaurant in Berlin

Easily one of my favourite pizza spots in Berlin and by now one of my go to spots whenever. Pizzas here are all very well made with a thin but solid base and a puffy crust. Toppings are all very distinct in texture and taste.

You can order big quarters whole pizzas or big pizzas.

The menu has their own creations sorta. With ofc a couple of staples but generally very cool combos.

They also offer wine but I haven't tried that yet.

Generally a very solid spot to have an outing or company event.

I discovered this place from walking past it and noticing the cute atmosphere. I came back another day on my own and felt very welcomed by the owner, Peter! We had a nice conversation, he was very friendly and gave me a personalized dining experience. The pizza dough especially stood out as excellent - this is delicious, thin crust pizza that tastes hearty and homemade. The Aperol Spritzes are also excellent and decently priced. We visited this pizzeria on a Sunday night, just 20 minutes before they closed, and we were pleasantly surprised by their service and quality. They welcomed us warmly and took our order quickly, without making us feel rushed. The pizza was delicious, with fresh ingredients and a crispy crust.
