CON: Reviews might be fake/influenced? The store is pure chaos. You are constantly bumped into by employees or customers, because there is no distinction between the queue and the order waiting area.
The coffee would also be better if the coffee beans weren't burned. And the food tastes like it's comprised of the cheapest supermarket ingredients, leaving much to be desired.
The experience of this café would be so much better if they added some structure in the store (please have a designated queue and waiting area) AND the menu, which is just so confusing to read.
Don't come here if you want to relax, because my blood pressure doubled after this experience.

Read moreI have mixed feelings… They are very lovely, have a great selection of pastries and food and the staff is friendly - but it’s so busy at times it really stresses me out. I guess that’s the demand… But it still is a very cute place by the canal with nice seating.
I’m not sure what the peak times are but at least I would avoid those, but I’m also very sensitive in a busy place, when I don’t have much time to study the menu in line.
