Recently, I had the pleasure of indulging in a burger from Burger Brothers , and I must say, the taste was nothing short of delightful. However, as much as I enjoyed the flavors, I couldn't help but feel disappointed by the steep prices and the inadequate portion size that accompanied this culinary experience.

Wer schnell hoch steigt fällt Tief: Unten die Rezension habe ich vor ca. 1 Jahr geschrieben. Da war es auch so. Nun bin ich bor geraumer Zeit wieder dort Essen gewesen. Bestellungen wurden nach telefonischer Vorbestellung und nach Vor Ort Besprechung bei Abholung nochmals aufgenommen. Personal Damen sehr unbeholfen. Speziell was die Umsetzung der Corona Besuchsregeln anbelangt die sehr willkürlich von der Kellnerin ausgelegt wurde. Ich habe für ca. 70 Euro bestellt um dann zu Hause festzustellen dass die Burger Totgebraten waren. TOTAL trockenes geschmacklose Burgerpattys. Dann wurden die falschen Buns benutzt. Pommes kalt. Dann rief ich einen der Franchise Chefs an auf seinem Handy. Das Essen war so trocken und ohne Geschmack da hat man sich spätestens von Ihm erwartet dass die Bestellung zurückgebracht werden kann und ich eine neue Bestellung abholen kann. Ich hatte ja nicht das bekommen was ich bestellt hatte und es hat ja auch satte 70 Euro bezahlt. Der Chef meinte er würde sich kurz telefonisch mit dem Koch absprechen und mir dann sagen ob ich meine gewünschte Bestellung haben kann im Austausch. Dem war nicht so. Sang und klanglos kam nur da kann ich nichts machen. Ein Franchise Chef kann in seinem Hauptbetrieb für den er selbst verantwortlich ist ( keine Franchise Niederlassung) darum kümmern !? Aber kurz danach Essen in Whatsapp posten von sich zu Hause . Da hat man gemerkt das keine Lust vorhanden war dem Gast sein Unmut zu beseitigen die sein Unternehmen verursacht hat. Ne Danke das war es da esse ich nicht mehr. Man muss wissen dass ich diesem Unternehmen sogar versucht habe vor über einem Jahr unternehmrisch weiter zu kommen. Und un diesem Zuge ist auch damals die Beurteilung entstanden da man mir bei dem Geschäftstermin alles oben im Büro servierte. Ich wurde hoffiert. Und trotz dieser Bekanntschaft kam das dabei heraus. Möchte nicht wissen was ein Gast erlebt bei einer Beschwerde der dort niemanden kennt. Die sind echt leicht abgehoben durch ihrenwohl gemerkt "anfänglichen" schnellen Wachstum. Wer hoch steigt fällt tief Mega große leckere Burger. RIESEN Patty und die Burger Brötchen sind super fluffig und überhaupt nicht so matschig. Die gelbe Sosse zu den Süßkartoffeln Pommes hat der ganzen Family geschmeckt. Und dieses Elefant Bay Melonen Getränk war...

Nothing special, the burger bun didn't taste even slightly grilled to me, the burger was even a little tough compared to what I expected for that money 2 levels higher quality, the mozzarella sticks are nothing special, the sour cream was weird, it had some herbs in it and didn't taste like real sour cream at all.. they are even below expectations and the wait was really long for everything that was ordered, I waited almost 20 minutes and it wasn't crowded..
