We went on the day of the final of the Champions League, it was super crowded, at the entrance one of the staff welcomed us, we asked for a place for two people and he really took care to find us something when there were already so many people. Clearly because there were so many people the orders took a while, but the wait was not as long as I thought it would be. Fake news, they said Monday ribs all you can eat, hahahah, not true! 😂😂😂😂 Get ready to be disappointed with poor service and no ribs if you arrive after 9 pm. Maybe if you feel like having ribs at 5 pm you'll get the deal. The place has potential, maybe with a 2% of effort from the staff and not intention to trick the costumers the place would be average. Massive but untasty food, homoungous cocktails without alcohol, a true "American" bar (if for that you mean poor imitation of a US bar). Das Three Sixty in Bochum war für mich persönlich eine negative Erfahrung. Zunächst musste ich 15 Minuten warten, um bedient zu werden. Die witzige Einleitung des Kellners (wir bekommen heute leider nichts mehr) war irgendwie nicht ganz so witzig wie beabsichtigt. Als mein Gericht: Prime of the Land (Rumpsteak 250 g) für 19,90 € mit Salz und Gewürz gebracht wurde und das recht zügig, war ich doch ziemlich überrascht ein rohes Stück Fleisch mit dickem Fettrand auf einem heißen Stein zu erhalten. Ich erhielt keinerlei Infos , was das weitere Vorgehen betrifft. Auf Nachfrage wurde mir geraten das Fleisch in Stücke zu schneiden und zu braten. Ich war wirklich sehr enttäuscht, dass ich mir scheinbar mein Fleisch selbst braten durfte. Zudem spritzen mir kontinuierlich kleine Fettspritzer auf den Arm. Es gab auch keinen separaten Teller, sondern ich durfte das Fleisch zum Garzeitpunkt hastig vom Stein naschen. Meine Beilage : Coleslaw wurde erst auf Nachfrage gebracht. Schön wäre ein Stück Kräuterbutter zum Steak gewesen, hätte ich aber offensichtlich separat bestellen müssen. Die restlichen Speisen waren geschmacklich in Ordnung aber eben nicht herausragend. Der Service war etwas zu forsch. Nachdem ich einem Mitarbeiter ausführlich meine Kritik beschrieb, kam sein Kollege wenig später und war scheinbar aufgebracht, weil wir ihm gegenüber die Kritik nicht geäußert hatten. Er redete sehr eindringlich auf mich und meinen Partner ein. Ich finde eine Rechtfertigung oder Stellungnahme meinerseits sollte von einem Dienstleister nicht so hartnäckig eingefordert werden. Insgesamt war ich jedenfalls enttäuscht und da ich sehr viele Restaurants deutschlandweit besucht habe, kann ich behaupten, dass ein erneuter Besuch nicht wahrscheinlich ist.
