Kleinpetersberg — Restaurant in Bonn

A nice Mediterranean restaurant but, the last 3 times of going there the experience was not the best. Cleanliness was great but the service slightly lacking. First, they never brought my salad. Second, I substituted herb butter for the Hollandaise sauce, which they charged extra for.... really??? Butter is so expensive? To add insult to injury, the butter arrived frozen and when I added it to my medallions, it promptly made the pork cold. My husband asked for some different butter, which arrived 10 minutes later , melted in a gravy boat. DISGUSTING! Not sure what it was but, certainly not as expected. The other unused butter pat was still frozen in the dish after finishing my meal just to give you an idea of how frozen it was. A real disappointment because I love this place but after this, I dare say I won't be returning! Never even an apology. I will say the highlight of the evening was the staff singing loudly along to the Dirty Dancing soundtrack. If you go, track your order and hopefully your experience will be...

Had a lovely evening at Kleinpetersberg when we visited in June 2022. Aside from the lovely view of the river and mountains the weather was fine, allowing us to sit outside in Kleinpetersberg's pretty terrace.

We were celebrating a birthday in a party of 7 people. The service was attentive and friendly. There was a small mishap when placing our order for entrees but this was quickly acknowledged by the wait staff and remedied above and beyond what we would have expected.

In addition to the attentive staff, the food in general was excellent. We sampled the local wines and partook in a variety of dishes, all of which tasted great.

For a nice night out in the Konigswinter area I would not hesitate to recommend this venue. We look forward to returning there if we are ever in...

Oma's 90. Geburtstag! Wohin? Gutbürgerlich auf’s Land oder schön am Rhein? Lieber schön am Rhein! Wir haben es nicht bereut!!! Vom ersten Kontakt und Gesprächen bis zur Feier - mit ganz vielen Telefonaten und Wünschen zwischendurch - war alles perfekt und liebevoll vorbereitet! Aber dann! Das Buffet wurde aufgetischt! Vorspeisen ohne Ende, liebevoll dekoriert! Hauptspeisen - allesamt Gaumenkitzler und einfach nur lecker! Nachtische reichlich und ebenfalls top! Was soll ich sagen: Oma glücklich, alle Gäste zufrieden und alle mit ein oder zwei Päckchen nach Hause (weil das Essen so reichlich war und Portionspackungen für alle zur Verfügung gestellt wurden)! Ich würde natürlich auch an dieser Stelle kritisieren, wenn es etwas zu kritisieren gäbe. Aber es gibt nichts zu kritisieren! Alles absolut zu unserer vollsten Zufriedenheit! Dazu kamen noch die gute Laune und die Freundlichkeit des gesamten Personals, deshalb rundherum ein perfekter Tag für unsere Jubilarin! Und sollten wir in zehn Jahren wieder einen Grund zum Feiern haben, wissen wir, wo wir hingehen werden! Natürlich warten wir mit dem Essen in diesem Lokal keine zehn Jahre, wir kommen gerne wieder!
