Absolutely dissatisfied!!

Das Saigon in Bonn ist ein ganz besonderes Restaurant. Wer hier die typische Asia-Nudelbox vom Bahnhof erwartet, ist hier falsch. Das Saigon kocht authentische vietnamesische Gerichte - mit ganz frischen Kräutern und einer reichen Palette an Gewürzen. Man schmeckt, dass nichts hier mit irgendwelchen Geschmacksverstärkern oder Verdickungsmitteln versetzt wurde. Es ist richtige vietnamesische Küche, wie man sie in einem guten Restaurant in Vietnam erwarten würde. Auch für Vegetarier und Veganer kann man aus dem Vollen schöpfen.

Davon abgesehen, dass das Essen sehr frisch und köstlich ist, kommt es durch seine Zutatenvielfalt ohne zusätzliches Fett aus. Es ist also auch bekömmlich, sättigend und kalorienarm. Für mich die absolute Nr. 1 hier in Bonn. Besonders begeistert bin ich von den Summer Rolls mit frischem Koriander und Minze, aber auch von den kräftigenden Suppen mit diversem Gemüse und wärmendem Ingwer. Von den restlichen Gerichten, wie den Bowls und den Currys kann ich auch nur schwärmen.
