Don't eat here!!! The atmosphere is nice but it's deceiving, because the food is horrible!!!

The burritos have some plastic cheese on outside of tortilla and quesadillas were worse! We all think they put mayo inside both the burritos and quesadillas. They don't have real corn chips. The only authentic thing was the Corona with lime.

To restaurant management: PLEASE change your menu!!! What you are serving is NOT Mexican, Spanish or any latin country food. Please watch some YouTube videos on how to make Mexican food!!! You can start by having real corn chips, creamy queso cheese, real guacamole, and salsa. Quesadillas should only have Mexican cheese and they need to be grilled on the fryer, both sides. Burritos also need to be grilled on both sides and need the main ingredients: rice, beans, meat, cheese with additional toppings optional. Please don't ever put spinach in a burrito or quesadilla again!!! Also, mayo is NOT in a burrito or quesadilla, that's gross! Lettuce in latin food is iceberg and/or cilantro, maybe cabbage sometimes, but spinach is not part of a latin meal. Your current menu is disgusting and not accurate to the culture. Thank you.

If I could, I would rate the food at this...

The very low rating of this snack is fully justified. Everything was disastrous and unpleasant.

First of all (maybe especially!) the person at the cash desk was extremely unpleasant! Not one little smile (as seems to be the rule in this park?)... Moreover, she could see perfectly well that we did not speak German but kept on acting as if we did (we spoke English).

Finally, the fries were ridiculously small and cold. As for the burger, it didn't taste very good and wasn't worth the...

Guten Morgen normalerweise Schreibe ich ausschließlich gute Rezensionen aber Hier geht das absolut Nicht! Mein Kollege und ich sind gestern in Phantasialand gewesen und er hatte Lust auf einen Burger dann sind wir dort hingegangen nichtsahnend was uns erwartet! Von unfähigen Personal bis zum ekelhaftesten Burger in unserem Leben hats noch nicht gereicht die Preise eine reine Frecheit, für den Service, Geschmack und Comfort ! Die Mitarbeiter gucken 10 bis 20 mal nach bei 2 Bestellungen was sie machen müssen ! Man wartet bei max 6 Personen vor uns in einem fast Food lokal sage und schreibe 45 Minuten! Aber das war noch nicht alles die Cola Wassergeschmack und warm der Burger Geschmack unterirdisch schlecht + Magenkrämpfe obwohl ich nur 2mal rein gebissen habe !Achterbahn fahren war dannach nicht mehr möglich und wir sind früher aus dem Park gegangen. Dass dieser Laden existiert ist eine Schande für das Phantasialand man sollte definitiv das Gesundheitsamt mal dort hinschicken 0 Sterne und nie wieder wird dieses Ding besucht Empfehle es keinen und PS checkt vor dem essen bei Google Rezensionen ab waren scheinbar...
