Coming in from London and my first visit in Bremen. This is such a cozy and warm coffee shop with a good selection of sandwiches, bagels, baked goods, omeletted and vegetarian/vegan options. We opted for salt beef bagel and chicken club sandwich, very happy with that. Some house-made juices, happy with that. The cappuccino was too watery and with way too much milk, hence my 4 stars, as the name of the establishment I assumed they would be able to make a decent coffee.
Though situated in a corner of the road the shop is much more spacious then anticipated and the space has been used well, with lots of natural light and arty interludes throughout. Good view of street and trams. Friendly and helpful staff, who were quite chilled, making me feel welcomed on a in non-busy time of the day. We went inside about 9.50 and before we can look to the menu a angry woman came from the back and screemed: we open at 10.00! Because it was only 10 minutes, we decided to wait.    Read moreOMG this place is so terrible. I asked for two shots of espresso with milk in a large cup to go and pointed at the large takeaway cup. They said "oh, flat white". They charged more than âŹ4, made it in a smaller cup, and then were very rude with me when I said "could you please make me what I asked for." Also the coffee wasn't that good.
The piece of chocolate cake I took with me was so stale I had to throw it away.
