I wanted to order cake for my wife and me. I could not really understand the polish employee but what i understood was quite rude. Her behavior surprised me. She told me that we are in Germany here not in Holland and in Germany we should follow the German rules. What she meant by that was quite unclear. She heard that I spoke Dutch to my wife. So she mentioned that she hates Dutch people. I asked her what she meant by that and what that has to do with us. Unfortunately she did not understand or she did not want to. I am German by the way. The service they provided made us feel terrible. They gave us the ice cream that was not what we ordered. My kids ordered strawberry but they gave us something that definitely was not strawberry. After my kids frustratedly corrected, the young waitress insisted it was strawberry. I don’t want to waste time arguing so I stopped my kids. It was not the first time they let us feel badly served. Das Eis ist durchschnittlich, der Service ist unterirdisch. Insgesamt stimmt das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis dadurch nicht. Die Bedienung (Name "Iwona" o.Ä.) stellte keinen Augenkontakt her, war desinteressiert und abwesend. Insgesamt eine unfreundliche, unmotivierte Ausstrahlung. Mehrfach stand sie herum und guckte Löcher in die Luft, obwohl wir offensichtlich und seit ca. einer Viertelstunde fertig waren und unser Geschirr herumstand. Auch der Bitte nach Zahlung kam sie 5 Minuten lang nicht nach und stand stattdessen nichtstuend in der Gegend. Sie behielt auch wie selbstverständlich am Ende das Wechselgeld, ohne sich zu bedanken oder zu fragen, ob mir das recht sei. Selbstreflexionsfähigkeit also ebenfalls nicht vorhanden, denn der von ihr geleistete "Service" kann als solcher nichtmal mehr bezeichnet werden. Ich wies sie darauf hin, dass ich noch Rückgeld bekäme, woraufhin sie anfing zu diskutieren und sich zu rechtfertigen. Ich sagte ihr ruhig, dass sie nicht einfach davon ausgehen könne, Trinkgeld zu bekommen, besonders wenn der Service so schlecht wäre wie er bei ihr nunmal gewesen war. Keine Einsicht ihrerseits, keine Entschuldigung, nur weitere Diskussionen und Rechtfertigungen. Das ist mir als Kundin egal, es geht mir nicht um das verletzte Ego der inkompetenten Bedienung, ich will mein Geld und dann zügig den Laden verlassen, daher spart man sich als Bedienung solche Diskussionen tunlichst, da man dadurch Kunden verschreckt. Der hinterlassene Eindruck war ja so schon schlecht und sie zweifellos im Unrecht. Am Ende bekamen wir noch ein herablassendes Lächeln. Wir waren das erste und letzte Mal Gäste und werden jedem von diesem Lokal abraten und von dieser Geschichte erzählen. Die negative Google-Bewertung gibt es obendrauf.
