Blauer Fasan Bar Bremen — Restaurant in Bremen

I've had two great experiences here, now. This of my favorite bars in Bremen with extraordinary cocktails, friendly service, a nice atmosphere, great music, and competitive prices, I would say. The new bartender is also doing an awesome job 😊 'til next time! 🥂

Edit: I've been going to this bar once every month or two for years now, but the service was always lacking a bit and overtime it's just gotten worse. For a while, they struggled with being understaffed, and I'm sure that plays a role. The staff are all very friendly, but they're overwhelmed. Still amazing cocktails, but more of a one-drink place, because after your first drink you will likely have to wait and hour and a half of so before being checked on again. Blue Pheasant Bar is located in the historical Böttcherstrasse in Bremen's old city. The cocktail bar displays a nice interior design with attention to detail. Cocktails tasted partly good (e.g. Bangkok Mule), some tasted ordinary (e.g. Margarita). Bottom line is, you don't get superb cocktails here even though the bar might present itself this way. We had an amazing experience. Our waiter, Maurice, welcomed us with warmth and kindness. He was not only friendly but also incredibly knowledgeable about the cocktails and drinks. He answered all our questions with patience and enthusiasm, and even asked the right questions to help us choose the perfect drinks.
