Terrible Experience at Euro Döner: Slow Service and Disappointing Burger

I recently visited Euro Döner in Clausthal-Zellerfeld with a friend, hoping for a satisfying meal. Unfortunately, our experience turned out to be extremely disappointing, marked by unprofessional service and a subpar burger.

Upon arrival, my friend ordered a döner which was promptly prepared and served to him. However, I had a completely different experience. Despite placing my order for a hamburger at the same time, I was left waiting for an unacceptable amount of time. As minutes turned into what felt like an eternity, numerous other customers walked in, placed their orders, and were served promptly. It became increasingly frustrating to witness the lack of attention and efficiency directed towards my simple order.

When I inquired about the status of my order, the staff member seemed confused and brought me something entirely different. It was clear that he had not paid attention to my request for a hamburger. After correcting him, he returned to the kitchen, leaving me to wait even longer. At this point, my friend had finished his meal, and I was left sitting there with an empty stomach, growing more irritated by the minute.

The delayed service was already a major letdown, but unfortunately, the quality of the hamburger itself failed to redeem the situation. It was disheartening to find that the burger was poorly assembled and sparsely filled. The taste was unremarkable. Considering the extended waiting time and subsequent disappointment, it was a true letdown.

To make matters worse, the incident raised concerns of possible discrimination. As my friend, who is Lebanese, received prompt service while I, a Ghanaian, was repeatedly neglected, one cannot help but wonder if racial bias played a role in this appalling experience. Such behavior, if indeed motivated by discrimination, is entirely unacceptable and should not be tolerated in any establishment.

Overall, Euro Döner's unprofessional service, prolonged waiting time, and underwhelming burger left a lasting negative impression. I strongly discourage anyone from visiting this establishment, as it not only fails to meet basic customer service standards but also potentially harbors discriminatory practices. Save yourself the frustration and disappointment by seeking dining...

I visited Euro Döner, and I must say I was deeply disappointed with my experience.

I encountered a rather disheartening situation. The girl at the reception who took orders displayed an incredibly rude attitude. I was genuinely interested in making an informed decision about the meat options, so I asked her 1 question. However, she seemed uninterested and asked me what I wanted to order instead. Thinking she hadn’t heard me, I repeated my question, only to be surprisingly met with the same response, “What do you want to order?” This behavior left me feeling taken aback.

Thankfully, a guy at the reception witnessed the situation and appeared embarrassed by her service. He kindly stepped in and provided the answer I needed, which I appreciated. On the bright side, three other guys working at the reception were courteous and friendly throughout my visit.

To make matters worse, despite being very clear about the pizza I wanted, my order was still incorrect. It was frustrating and disheartening to receive the wrong dish after all that confusion.

Adding to my discomfort, the girl at the reception gave me unpleasant looks while I was trying to enjoy my meal. It made the whole dining experience uncomfortable and unpleasant.

What’s even more concerning is that despite the tasty flavor of the döner dish (number 122), I suffered from digestive issues ( Abdominal pain ) later that evening. This indicates that there might have been hygiene or cleanliness issues with the food preparation.

All in all, my visit to Euro Döner left me feeling dissatisfied and let down. I had high hopes for a pleasant dining experience, but unfortunately, it fell short in many aspects. I hope they can address these issues and improve their service and food quality...

3 bad experiences and hence the review They simply have NO ETHICS !!!!! 05/06/2022 : We ordered pizza gorgonzola (it's supposed to be a vegetarian pizza) and it had "Drehspeiß" in it - CHICKEN or BEEF we don't know. 23/01/2023 : We ordered spaghetti, fries, and coke. We had to wait for more than an hour on a slow Monday evening (3 families got their orders before us) 11/06/2023 : We ordered 2 pizzas, 1 falafel Durum, and 10 chilli cheese nuggets. There were 9 cheese nuggets and 1 CHICKEN nugget. I even felt that there was chicken in Durum.

Guys we even told them specifically to be careful after our previous experiences but NO, same thing again.

I want to check how they put their nuggets. How can there be a mistake ? (First time they said it was by mistake and "You should've told us specifically if you wanted Veg.")

Simply no respect to people's food preferences or even religious beliefs. I doubt they deliberately do this to vegetarian people.
