terrible customer service!! Last time buying in here! On top of it, expensive.

Just because I asked for the Laugenbrötchen with cheese inside, the seller rolled her eyes and went very unhappily inside to do it as she had told me before there are other cheese options already on display (then why advertise that it can be freshly made on the spot with whatever I want on it). Terrible attitude from the woman. In case a boss is reading this and wants to improve the store: it was the woman attending on 21.12.2020 at 11.45 am.

Also my boyfriend asked for Eibrötchen and they had no eggs? Honestly with what I had experience I can safely say she was just probably too lazy do it.

I don’t write reviews much but I will feel guilty if I don’t do for this exceptional place. I traveled here with my wife and two kids from London. We visited this place one afternoon. There is more than enough seating for families and individuals. The place is so clean and nice. The staffs were so lovely and friendly.
