Got myself a cheesy kumru for €7.5, and it was delicous. Crispy and well toasted bread with much meat and cheese, it definitely tasted like fastfood but has much higher quality ingredients. They even have some chillies available which greatly enhanced the taste of the kumru. The staff was very friendly and helpful, and he even told me the origin story of the shop! 10/10

The only criticism would be that the dining area is a bit warm and not very well built. But this actually gives a street food vibe, just would not be that comfortable in a hot...

This is a unique food experience, you can’t compare it with anything because almost everything is selfmade with own recipes like the buns, the meat, sauces! Personal is super friendly and sympatic and you get everything explained if you have questions. Ich war im Kumru Baba auf der Bonner Straße und bin absolut begeistert! Schon beim Eintreten spürt man die freundliche Atmosphäre – das Team ist super herzlich, aufmerksam und erklärt einem gerne, was hinter dem Konzept steckt.

Die Qualität des Essens ist herausragend: Das hausgemachte Brot ist außen knusprig, innen fluffig – einfach perfekt! Das Fleisch wird nach eigener Rezeptur zubereitet, und das schmeckt man bei jedem Bissen. Besonders lecker fand ich die „Taste Bomb“ Kumru – saftiges Fleisch, würzige Sucuk, geschmolzener Käse und die hauseigene Sauce: pure Geschmacksexplosion!

Man merkt wirklich, dass hier mit Liebe und Leidenschaft gekocht wird. Die Portionen sind großzügig, alles frisch zubereitet, und das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis stimmt absolut. Auch zum Mitnehmen oder über Lieferdienste klappt alles reibungslos – das Essen kommt heiß und frisch an.
