Merzenich bakery — Restaurant in Cologne

Today, July 30, my family and I went to the bakery to buy something to eat. There are 6 of us, I understand that it is difficult to serve. But the girl who served us was very rude and unprofessional. ´Das Brot ist lecker, der Service grenzwertig. Kenntnisse der deutschen Sprache beim Bedienen gehören wohl nicht zu den Berufsanforderungen bei Merzenich? "Ich möchte 1 Pfund (500 g) Brot, geschnitten und bitte vom Laib" wird nicht verstanden?! Das Brot wird bereits in der Schneidemaschine in Kunststofftüte gepackt und verschlossen - und DANACH auf die Waage gelegt. Zugemacht und ich mit der Information 595 Gramm beglückt. NEIN! Ich möchte 500 Gramm - zuviel Infos auf einmal?
