Restaurant BUONDI Pizzeria — Restaurant in Cologne

It was a long day from Gamescom, I went there asking for a recommendation, and their staff Karl/Carl, was so nice to recommend it in English. I had their pizza and it's the EXACT imagination of what a really good Pizza taste like. The crust. The Meat. The Cheese. The sauce.. everything is on the spot GOOD! That was the best pizza I had, and I had a good chat with all of the staff there.

A word to you, Chef aka The Boss, I know this is a local business and it is probably hard without Marketing, but you have the eyes who hired a lot of good staff working for you. They are all good boys and girls, so keep doing what you're doing, and I wish this place a very good luck! I hope to come back again the next time I'm back to Germany.

I used to work as a teacher in a school in Nippes. My daily ritual was to go there for a pizza and an Apperol Spritz after school. The man behind the counter is so absolutely sweet and polite. I even started taking Apperol Spritz in a cup too go in the summer. Months after I stopped working there I came back just to use the toilet and he gladly allowed me to. Mega lecker, gute Karte und nettes Personal.

Früher habe ich direkt neben Buondi gewohnt, zu meinem Bedauern bin ich nach Poll umgezogen, jedoch komme ich immernoch gerne in das italienisch-amerikanische Lokal. Das Essen hier ist Bombe. Auf der Karte stehen viele abwechslungsreiche Gerichte, jedoch sind es nicht so viele, dass man den Überblick verliert. Das Lokal ist sehr schön, fast schon ein Kunstwerk. Das Personal ist super nett; einmal hab ich was im Lokal stehen lassen und einer der Köche ist mir bis zur Bahnstation nachgelaufen, um es mir zu bringen. Ein anderes Mal habe ich beobachtet, wie eine ältere Dame vor dem Lokal aus einem Auto stieg. Der Inhaber kam drauf hin aus dem Lokal, um sie ein wenig zu stützen. Außerdem sind die Preise echt nicht hoch, weshalb ich es mir als Schüler durchaus leisten kann, ab und zu hier zu essen.
