An amazing restaurant in the heart of the old city with very welcoming and friendly staff, excellent service, top-notch hygiene, and beautiful decoration. In this place they are racists and they dont want to work!! We arrived 20.04 hrs when we have a reservation for 20hrs and they didn’t want to give us the table justifying that we were late.. at the same time there was another family that just arrived like us. And they were able to sit but we not. Can somebody tell me what was the difference? Insane there are still people that because you are brunette and not blonde they don’t look at you properly. Für mich eine typische Touristenfalle. Teuer ohne Ende & dafür nur Fertigprodukte. In einem Lokal was sich "Kartoffelkiste" nennt erwarte ich dann doch schon selbstgemachte Bratkartoffeln oder Kroketten, bzw. Allgemein Kartoffelprodukte aus eigener Hand. Das nicht alles selbstgemacht sein kann ist mir schon bewusst, nur dann kann ich nicht mit Kartoffelprodukten bewerben wenn augenscheinlich davon alles aus der Tüte kommt. 20€ für ein Schnitzel mit auch fertiger Pfeffersosse zu verlangen ist dann doch bisschen hoch gegriffen. Dazu kam noch das von 2 bestellten Gerichten (1x Schnitzel & 1x Kartoffelpuffer Burger) anstatt dem Burger ein Leberkäse mit Bratkartoffeln auf den Tisch kam. Keine schnelle Behebung des Fehlers, keine Entschuldigung vom Kellner, nichts. Mein Mann hatte nach 20 Minuten aufgegessen, dann kam endlich der bestellte Burger. Dazu auch noch fettig & geschmacklich eher mittelmäßig. Das in dem Lokal dann noch der regionale Radiosender mit haufenweise Werbung läuft ist Geschmackssache, trotzdem für das Lokal mit den Preisen in meinen Augen unpassend. Die rustikale Einrichtung ist an sich ganz passend, allerdings kann man an der Beleuchtung noch etwas tun damit es nicht so einen Charme von "Zahnarztbeleuchtung" ausstrahlt. Bin froh einen Gutschein gehabt zu haben, selbst so viel Geld in die Hand zu nehmen für dieses Erlebnis, ich hätte mich noch...
