I was quite annoyed by the bad service. We were a group of ten people. The last girl arrived a little late, she had to provide herself to take the chair. We were with our drinks waiting for the waiter to come to order food, they were no coming. I went to them to call them for order. I ordered a plate numbered 202, and thy brought me a 201, which was with peppers, for sure not my tastes, so I immediately told them there was a mistake and the Asian woman (maybe the owner) told me in a tough way that there was no mistake, I've ordered the 201. There was no way to make her change her position, even saying that peppers in the evening can kill me. In Italy and in general in places with respect and welcome for customers, this does not happen. I was forced to pay that food and my friends shared with me a little portion of their plates. Later, other waiters gave bad answers to my friends too, for example "you ordered this, now you don't remember" and they were not convinced neither if there were witnesses. The food is medium quality, but service is rude. I will never give my money to them...
Read moreI was skeptical about this place due to the reviews but I gave it a try anyways.
Some of the reviews mentioned about they were being rude. To me, they were not rude. But they were not friendly as in coming to your table to chit chat which nothing is wrong about that. It’s Covid pandemic 😷 And of course, masks must be worn so can’t see their smiles anyway.
An older gentleman took our orders, I ordered in Thai and all he gave me was a nod. Well, if you wanna consider that rude but c’mon, I’ve experienced worse in Germany so this is nothing for me.
The food was alright. Perhaps too much MSG because we were quite thirsty afterwards. However, we didn’t order anything authentic like curry, Tom yum or those stuff. (No, crispy duck Larb is not an authentic Thai dish.) I found Larb ped is a bit too dry and they should have came with sticky rice instead of steamed rice. All Larb dishes originally served with sticky rice. But overall, it was not a...
Read moreI haven’t never experienced such a bad service. I asked the waiter if i could take away the food, he brought me the plastic bag, threw it on the table, and didn’t say a single word (he meant that we should do it ourselves, maybe!????). When i asked another waiter why did they do so and she said that all restaurants in Germany let the clients pack the food themselves to take away????? (She said like it’s my first day in Germany). She was then mad at me and didn’t even say “sorry” or “thank you”. They have the candles on the table, which used to keep the food hot, they lighted it on for all other clients but not for us, they was racist because we are Asian too!???. I still cant understand why they acted as if we begged for food, when we complained, they was angry and talked back, didn’t say a word “sorry”. They destroyed my mood of the whole...
