Ich war heute in dem Café, wo ich mich so gefreut hatte, endlich mal wieder hinzugehen. Die Atmosphäre war gut, und der Kaffee wie immer wunderbar. Nur: Der Service war total daneben. Zuerst habe ich dreimal nach meinem Glas Wasser gefragt (obwohl ich Kaffee und etwas zu essen bestellt hatte), und ich habe es trotzdem nicht bekommen. Anstatt sich mal zu entschuldigen oder überhaupt zu merken, dass man es mehrmals vergessen hat, wurde mir jedes Mal mit derselben Coolness geantwortet: ‚Na klaaaar, bring ich’s dir.‘ Dann: Während auf den anderen Tellern der Salat frisch und gut aussah, habe ich in meinem Sandwich mehrere Blätter gefunden, die schon sehr dunkel und schleimig waren, wirklich kurz vorm Kippen. Zufall? Weiß ich nicht. Als ich das am Ende ansprach, dass es zwar sehr lecker war, aber dieser Zustand vom Salat wirklich grenzwertig ist, kam vom selben jungen Mann nur: ‚Die ist doch ganz gut, da sehe ich überhaupt gaaaar keeein Problem‘, wieder in derselben Nonchalance. Fehler machen? Immer möglich. Überfordert sein? Auch. Aber sich so zu verhalten und nicht einmal fähig zu sein, sich zu entschuldigen, wenn klar etwas nicht stimmt, das geht einfach nicht. Wir kommen nicht nur wegen des Essens, sondern auch wegen der Atmosphäre. Und dazu gehört auch ein respektvoller...

The place is quite small inside, so if you are a big group I would recommend to book in advance. There are also tables outside. We tried the yogurt and some cakes - there is quite a nice variety of them. The panini and rest of the dishes looked nice too. The service is a bit slow, but there were only two people working there - so totally understandable. There were really nice and friendly, so would love to come back to try...

The place is nice and cozy, the people are very nice there and helpful. I tried the omlet option and it was so tasty, I can recommend it for you .
