The place looks quite nice from outside but we were left quite disappointed. The food is not that expensive but it's not that good either. The dishes we received were not really what was written on the menu, the side salads were spoiled and extremely bitter, the bread was stale, the fish was not fresh at ALL and we even had to return it, the ayran (yoghurt drink) was of a questionable quality as well. The service was okay at first but as soon as we returned the fish dish the waiters became quite unpleasant to deal with. My friend went to ask for the bill but almost 10 minutes later no one came back to the table. The main waiter even requested his colleague to bring the bill as it was obvious that he was unhappy with our returned food. The food was fantastic, just amazing never had such a delicious taste in Germany. At mosphere was wonderful and everyone other than one rude waiter, and hence 1 less star. First we entered and he asked: what do you want blocking our way, the normal system of the restaurant was to sit down and wait for someone to take the order. Cozy Place, Food tastes good like my grand mother's food. Non Professional staff, service is really bad. Although not cheap, They even charge you for the tea while it is offered for free at the restaurant infront of them. Recommend to go only when you are not starving, not in a rush, can stand the unprofessional staff and want to listen to some nice oriental music with candles on your table and waiting for you...
