The presentation is only in German, however, the museum has a (free) booklet that you can walk around with that highlights the information in each room. We also used Google Translate on some information that was not in the booklet that we wanted to understand. The museum is free, definitely worth a visit and hopefully, soon, it will become more known about. While we were there, we saw, maybe, another 8 people. We viewed just about everything, so we were there over 2 1/2 hours. The staff of two men, on the day we were there, were helpful and friendly. One of them stated he had lived in Dortmund for 30 years and didn't know this place existed until he went to work there. We've been in Dortmund at least 10 times and didn't know this existed either. The entrance is behind Steinstrasse, through the courtyard on the left, right behind the white gate wall.

The rooms are not written in English but you can ask for a booklet at the entrance, still doesn't give you all the details that you need but it sets you in the right direction.
