Today I recieved incredibly poor service from one of the staff members. She has short black hair. I went to the counter to order my food and met the wonderful, friendly trainee. She served me and I payed. I sat upstairs. I ate my food and then stuck around for an hour to complete some of my work on my laptop. I then leave and come back 2 hours later. I sit down and order some food yet again served by this trainee. After I finished eating. I decided I would listen to some music while I wait 15 minutes for my train. This woman who works there, approaches me and starts yelling at me in German. I understand a fair bit of German but I am not so good at responding quickly. She told me that I had to leave the store as I wasn't allowed to sleep there. I said that I wasn't sleeping, I was just listening to my music. Then she told me that I had to leave. I said this is unacceptable, let me speak to someone who speaks English please. She said no. I said listen here. If you don't get me someone to talk to now. I will directly report you to BK HQ. When we received the food we were told they were closing in ten minutes. We said we would have a quick bite and go.
