China Imbiss Ulmen — Restaurant in Dusseldorf

First of all, the staff is really very friendly! I had some questions before ordering and they patiently answered them! I had ordered the crunchy chicken with cashewnut souce. The quantity for the price (6€) was very satisfying! Though, I think the cashewnut souce could have been a little sweeter. Wir haben um 15:00 Uhr bestellt. Leider war um 16:34 Uhr das Essen noch nicht da (alles in Ordnung, kann mal passieren - Fortuna Spiel/Sonntag/Regnerisches Wetter). Dann ruft man an und fragt nach dem Essen und man legt auf. Danach ruft man nochmal an und erreicht niemanden. Nach dem 5mal anrufen wurde uns gesagt, dass Essen wäre noch nicht gekocht und kommt erst in einer Stunde. Nachdem wir gesagt haben, dass wir seit 15:00 Uhr bereits warten sollten wir zurückgerufen werden. Es kam nichts. Leider konnten wir danach immernoch niemanden erreichen. Vielleicht ist das Essen gut und frisch, jedoch haben wir es nie zu Gesicht bekommen.

Update: 2 std. später kam das Essen. Es war wohl ein anderer Fahrer krank. Es fehlt manche Bestellungen. Dafür ist alles - erstaunlich - warm....
