Trattoria Porto Cervo — Restaurant in Dusseldorf

Restaurant is a bit dull, food tested good but nothing special, but the reason the rating is low is because I was at 6%. So I decided to plug my phone in the wall and the waitress Christina to tell me that it was rude for me to plug in my phone without asking. I have never been to a restaurant where you had to ask to charge your phone. To me it is courtesy as using the bathroom, so maybe it's a cultural difference, but if I'm paying for service, the outlets are usually part of it. So if this is not usual in Germany then ignore my my reading, otherwise I think it was just not great service to tell someone that. Overall it wasn't bad but I wouldn't recommend over the other places...

Even worse look at the pasta bolognese now, ridiculous. Und für die Kritik habe ich jetzt Hausverbot, sehr professionell. Die Pappadelle Bolognese, ohne Bolognese und die vorhandene Bolognese ohne Rindfleisch. Spannend das es zu Zeiten von Covid anscheinend nur noch darum geht Essen möglichst in grosser Menge rauszuschicken... egal welche Qualität.

Die Rinderbäckchen mit Risotto und Trüffelsauce waren kalt, Sauce Fehlanzeige, vermutlich einfach über das Risotto gegossen. Beim Anruf wurde mir erklärt das es heiss gesendet worden ist. Ich wohne keine 2 Minuten entfernt. Am Tel durfte ich dann "der Kunde hat schlechte Laune" mithören.

Ich habe mein essen dann persönlich zurück gebracht, ohne mein Geld einzufordern. Spätestens da würde ich als Betreiber nachdenklich werden und mal nachfragen... nichts. Einer erneute Lieferung habe ich abgelehnt, ich wollte gerne mit meiner Frau essen.

Character Zeigt sich wenn man Kunden toll behandelt, obwohl man gefragt ist, C-19 offenbart hier wohl den Character.

We were super upset because it took them about 2 hours to deliver 3 Pizzas, 1 Salad and one box of noodles.

But the wait was worth it. Absolutely. We have never had such a high quality delivery dinner before.

Maybe they had scalability issues due to carneval's increased demand.

We will definitely give them...
