I must be used to another standard. It was a huge disappointment! I do not recommend this place at all. Specially for people that know what sushi should taste like and what good service is.

The dishes they served were tasteless, out of balance (waaayyyy to much rice everywhere!!) and some of them were plain old (like the shrimps!! old and mushy!! ) The sushi was rolled obviously by a very inexperienced "chef" (if you can call it that). The hand rolls looked horrible with again too much rice with rice sticking out of the rolls. And ALL of the other sushi rolls were again rolled with too much rice! The grilled salmon was a third smaller than the full slab shown in the previews/pictures. So you needed 3 orders to get the full salmon.. The cucumber was just that, tasteless sliced cucumber with no vinegar. They only poured some sesame seeds on top and called it a "dish" :( The soup came out without a spoon!

Their service could use a lot of improvement as well. The staff would only put the plates at the very edge of the table and would not take empty plates away. Eventually we started stacking the plates to see how high they would go, and we literally had 2 stacks of 4/5 plates before they noticed!

It was a terrible experience to be honest. The lighting was also horrible with white/blue LED's, the music was weird and inappropriate. There is so much wrong with this place it's an embarrassment calling this place a restaurant and serve food to the public. Food in Dusseldorf is normally of a much higher standard. I am never coming back...

Went in alone on Sunday evening just after 8 pm. Saw the wait to be seated sign at entrance . It was not busy ! Waited for 10 mins. 2 staffs saw me whilst clearing the table just completely ignored me. Then I went closer to the bar and asked if I could have a table ! There was lots of empty tables around but they wanted me to sit by the bar to eat my dinner! I said to the waiter , there are lots of empty tables around and why can’t I sit at a table! He basically said WiFi not working well! Funny innit ! All the empty tables don’t have WiFi ! I saw many sitting next to all the empty tables. I have been to the one in cologne! But I will not be coming back to this one or anywhere of this franchise! I went across the road to a fusion Chinese restaurant with much better service ! Funny staff can make or break the restaurant businesses ! There are lots of choices these days and as a customer I do not have to put up with franchisees! Good...

We visited a restaurant in Düsseldorf with a very unique and exciting concept: you have eight rounds to eat as much as you can within two hours. Each round is timed, adding an extra layer of challenge to the experience. As our very friendly waiter Raul told us, no one has ever managed to finish all eight rounds — and we were no exception! We only made it through four rounds each, plus a little dessert in the form of ice cream.

The concept itself is really fun and engaging at first, and it definitely makes for a lively dining experience. However, after a while, it starts to feel a bit repetitive. I also wouldn’t say the food was particularly tasty — it was quite heavy and greasy.
