After an incredibly long day of travel delays and a stressful search for necessities, I found myself wandering the streets of Erding late at night, hungry and exhausted. Most places were closed, but I spotted this restaurant and arrived just 10 minutes before their kitchen closed.

Despite the late hour and the language barrier (I only speak English), the staff welcomed me with genuine kindness. I asked if I could order takeaway, and though we couldn’t communicate much with words, their warm smiles and a simple nod let me know I was in good hands. They handed me a menu with English descriptions and graciously prepared my order.

While I waited, multiple staff members stopped by with small drinks to share—gestures of hospitality that made me feel truly welcome. We couldn’t say much to each other, but laughter, kindness, and good energy made up for it. After such a difficult day, it was exactly the comfort I needed.

This place left a lasting impression on me—not just for the food, but for the people. Thank you for your warmth...

Very very nice atmospheric restaurant. Doesn't feel like an artificial but organic setting. Greek pop coming out the speakers, sending you to the Hellenic Republic.

Starters: We love Octopus and got the cold and grilled octopus appetizer. Both were phenomenal with the cold one having a slight edge over the grilled platter. -Main 1: The Paros-Plate was plenty, like you can see on the photo, we could not wait to dig in before taking a pic :). Main 2: The Musaka was just flavorful, NO bland potato's or gooey top like I had many times, but wonderfuly flavorful layers with a complementing creamy top. Well baked with a crust as well.

All in all, if you stayed at the Thermenwelt Erding, this is a great place to relax and finish a lovely day. Hope to dine here again in the future, after visiting the Sauna next...

Very nice place with outside sitting. Ine adult and two kids. Servers and staff were very friendly and accommodating with things outside of their standard menu (quite typically greek). Food was quick...very very quick, which can give doubts about their freshness or preparation, nonetheless it was very tasty. Gyros could have been grilled a minute or two longer but no complains whatsoever about the rest of the dishes. Portions were also on the bigger side. We ordered one mixed plate with a side of rice and fries with 2 soft drinks and a water. Came up just under 50 euro. Doesn't stand out from other plaves, but its a good place for dinner. Might have it again during the 5 days we are in the city but most likely would try...
