Pastarello - GESCHLOSSEN — Restaurant in Fürth

I was here two years ago and ordered food to-go so I didn't feel like I could give a review about service and atmosphere, but on Friday I had the chance to be back and enjoyed amazing food.

Before coming back to Fürth I already looked up what I might want and the decision was hard, because everything sounds delicious. In the end I decide on the spaghetti with seafood and tomatoe sauce, and an elderflower lemonade.

I couldn't stop eating, as you see in the picture I didn't touch my drink. The wonderful flavour of the sauce, the perfectly cooked seafood and the simple yet amazing spaghetti. 😍🍝❤️

But what really got me head over heels was the friendliness. I was alone and the waitress and I had a lovely conversation the whole time. A very welcoming person. (edit: Her name is Chloe. She was adorable. Lots of love ❤️)

If it wasn't a 8 hour train ride, I would be back every week, but as of now it remains a wonderful treat whenever I can make my way...

Great restaurant, the staff are lovely and the sitting arrangement is nice and cosy.

They do offer Pick up Delivery and you can pay by Cash, Card or Paypal.

...The Carbonara is cooked with an extra egg yolk mixed in with the cheese to create the cheesy sauce. The guanciale is rich, fatty and salty just as you would expect. The result of the dish I received was; rich creamy and salty. Although I didn't taste much of the black pepper and the Spaghetti was heavy I would still say this was a traditional Carbonara recipe. Not my favourite but worth trying if you enjoy the Traditional take.

Pastarello hat sich bei mir inzwischen zu einem meiner Lieblingsrestautants gemausert. Die Küche lässt sich einfach regelmäßig Neues einfallen. Es ist nicht einfach "nur Pasta". Es hat eine gewisse rafinesse, hier mal ein Hauch von Zitrone, Walnüsse, dort die Trüffelsoße, aber es gibt natürlich auch die klassische (vegane) Tomatensoße. (Und auch mehr als ein veganes Gericht auf der Karte.)

Die Preise für die Weine sind gemischt, passen aber immer zur Qualität des Weines. Und ich bin ja auch Fan der hausgemachten Kräuterlimonaden, muss ja nicht immer alkoholisch sein.

Vom Ambiente empfinde ich Pastarello eher als alternativ, die Pasta ist jedoch immer Gourmet Qualität gewesen. Das hat mich beim ersten Besuch irritiert, einfaches Mobiliar, mittel bis gehobene Preise für "nur" Pasta. Bis ich feststellte, es ist eben nicht "nur" Pasta, es ist immer Soulfood, besondere Geschmäcker, frische Pasta, lecker! Inzwischen finde ich genau das gut, man kommt irgendwie zu Freunden, nichts ist aufgesetzt oder mehr Schein als Sein, es geht um gute Pasta in entspannter netter Athmosphäre. Und ich mag es ja sehr gerne wenn die Pasta frisch gemacht wird, live, von dem einen Tisch aus kann man direkt die Nudelmaschine sehen. ;)

Neulich auf der Wochenkarte stand eine, für mich aussergewöhnliche, Fisch Lasagne. Lasagne mit Tintenfisch Nudelplatten, Heilbutt und Steinpilzen, ein Gedicht! Ich war wirklich skeptisch, aber da sie mir empfohlen wurde vom Personal..., es war eine gute Entscheidung!

Ich kann das Restaurant empfehlen. Und Pasta geht ja eigentlich immer. Und vielleicht ein...
