Landbäckerei Sinz Füssen — Restaurant in Füssen

We were selecting our food like everyone else before us, when it was finally our turn and we were suddenly interrupted by a loud shout in German from a woman behind us. The lady behind the counter immediately left us mid-order to attend to her. While I understand someone might be in a hurry, the comment, understood by my son who can speaks and understand German ( his second language back in Sweden), wasn’t exactly polite. What bothered us more was how quickly we were brushed aside to prioritize her. Let’s just say it didn’t feel entirely coincidental that she was white and speaking German. After visiting Füssen, we stopped by this café and decided to sit outside to check their Google reviews before ordering. There were plenty of empty tables and no other customers seated outside at the time. While we were still deciding, a middle-aged waitress abruptly came out and rudely told us, “You cannot sit here if you do not eat here.”

Thanks to her unfriendly attitude, the decision became very easy — we left immediately without ordering anything, regardless of how the food might taste.

Customer service matters, and this place clearly lacks it. I would strongly recommend avoiding this café due to their unwelcoming and disrespectful treatment of potential customers. There are plenty of other options in Füssen with better...

Bad experience when ordering my pastries. I visited their Füssen branch on 4th Nov 2019 at about 15:50 and was being served rudely.

Without displaying any sign, a lady on duty at that time, was shouting at us not to touch the glass panel when ordering.

Is it because we are Chinese that why being treated in this way? That’s racist!

I will definitely write in to their management to handle such a rude employee of theirs for disciplinary action.
