The soup broth was actually not bad, however on a salty side.
(communicated with the kitchen staff, they told me they make it more salty as German customer feedback that it’s not salty enough they have to make it more salty 😓 and most Asian customers feedback that it’s too salty after they adjusted the saltiness to German‘s liking)
Dear German customers, why not just use the soy sauce provided on the table if it’s not salty enough, Asian food is about layer of flavour, not just add saltiness 😬
For side dish we ordered Ebi tempura and takoyaki, tbh I wouldn’t call that a tempura, it’s nice ebi fry, but just not tempura. Takoyaki was too soft, lack of texture.
