My experience with this service was extremely disappointing and unsatisfactory in several aspects. Not only was I charged significantly more than a friend who booked just a few days before me, which I consider unfair, but I also encountered several issues during my stay. To start with, upon arriving at the room, I found that the bedsheet was dirty, which is unacceptable in any lodging establishment. Additionally, my reservation was for three people - two adults and one child - yet no extra bed or towel was provided to accommodate our group adequately.
To make matters worse, the reception staff offered no helpful guidance during check-in, including the Wi-Fi password, which I requested but was not provided. The lack of communication and attention to detail from the reception personnel only heightened my dissatisfaction with the service provided.
In summary, my stay at this establishment was marked by a series of inconveniences and failures, culminating in an extremely negative experience. I do not recommend this location to anyone and hope that measures are taken to improve the quality of service offered to customers.
In addition to the aforementioned issues, it is important to highlight other significant deficiencies of this establishment. Firstly, the absence of a concierge service is disappointing, as one would expect at least some form of assistance to make the stay more comfortable and convenient. Furthermore, the lack of designated personnel to assist with luggage is unacceptable. There was no offer of a luggage cart or assistance to transport it to the room, which is a basic service in many hotels.
The behavior of the staff also left much to be desired. In addition to not providing adequate guidance, as mentioned earlier, their lack of politeness and courtesy was notable. Instead of providing a hospitable experience, the reception staff acted extremely rude and indifferent.
These failures in various aspects of the service provided highlight the complete lack of commitment of this establishment to customer satisfaction. My stay was marked by a succession of inconveniences and frustrations, and I do not hesitate to discourage anyone from considering this location for...
Read moreI am compelled to share my harrowing experience at Melia, which I can only describe as a terrifying ordeal that has left me shaken to my core. My recent stay at this establishment was nothing short of a disastrous disaster, and I feel morally obligated to recount my woeful tale.
From the moment I arrived, ominous signs began to emerge. The receptionist wore a sinister grin, and the lobby had an eerie stillness that sent shivers down my spine. Little did I know that this was just the beginning of my nightmarish journey.
Upon entering my room, I was greeted by an unsettling darkness that seemed to devour any trace of light. The decor was a chaotic fusion of clashing colors and patterns, creating a disorienting atmosphere that felt like a descent into madness. The bed was so uncomfortable that it felt as though I was sleeping on a bed of nails.
But the true horror began when I attempted to take a shower. The water alternated between scalding and freezing without warning, subjecting me to an agonizing baptism of temperature extremes. I narrowly avoided being scalded alive, only to be doused in ice-cold water moments later.
As if my physical suffering wasn't enough, the hotel's restaurant served a meal that can only be described as a gastronomic abomination. The food was both undercooked and overseasoned, leading me to question whether the chef was an evil culinary genius or just completely inept.
The true climax of this nightmare came when I received the bill upon checkout. To my horror, the charges were wildly inflated, including mysterious fees for services I had never requested nor received. It was as though the hotel had orchestrated an elaborate plot to rob me blind.
In conclusion, my stay at Melia was an excruciating ordeal that will haunt my dreams for years to come. I implore anyone considering a stay at this establishment to run, not walk, in the opposite direction. This hotel is a chamber of horrors, and I can only hope that my dramatic recounting of my experience serves as a cautionary...
