Ich editiere meine Rezension der Vollständigkeit halber:

After I called several times to make reservation, and was not successful, I started to use the online-reservation via Google-maps. Whenever I tried, there were different times open to ask for reservation. But no matter how often I tried, the response is always negative. I tried at least ten times to book a table for only 2 people, I tried on different days. But the answer is always, that theres no availibility, even though there were several slots (times to choose) open on that days. This means, that either the restaurant doesn't update their booking system, or I just got denied for unknown reasons. I understand that you do not have lots seats. But if theres availability shown on your reservation system, I can only assume, there is availybility in your restaurant. After I got rejected every single time, I believe it's not unfriendly of me, to put this rating, but it's unfriendly to keep getting rejected over and over again even though theres the possibility to use your system to ask for reservation. I hope thats better for your understanding. Of course I will change the rating if I ever get to...

Part of me doesn’t want to share this review because I hope it doesn’t get more popular. We came here for dinner on Saturday and had a great meal and night. We did make reservations and would highly recommend everyone do the same, only about nine tables total in the place. We enjoyed looking at all the pictures on the wall of the food and that helped us see what other tables had ordered and we even started a list of what to order next time. My husband came here for the wagyu beef and got the 150g order and said it was delicious. I got the sukiyaki udon and it was also amazing. We ordered quite a few small plates because I was curious as well: gyoza (almost perfect), arabiki uinna (I liked these but admittedly pricey for serving size), dashimaki or Japanese omelette (so fluffy) and then for dessert we got the sweet potato ice cream which hit the spot. Cannot wait to come back and try more off their menu! This was one of the better restaurants we’ve had in Frankfurt and we’ve now been to quite a few. Just as a heads up, the reservations for the table are typically for two hours if that helps with...

The yakitori are great - kimo(chicken liver) is a must try: the sauce is think and full of flavor. The beef tongue oden is warm and heart felt with the beef tongue booked so soft and falls apart in the mouth. Oyakodon is full of meat, eggs and deliciousness. However, the pork kimchi is underwhelming. There are not so much pork in it and the seasoning is a bit too strong without rice. The homemade mayonnaise is a highlight on the other hand. Black sesame ice cream is interesting - if there are more actual sesame on top would be even better. The contrast of the creaminess and crunchiness is quite satisfying. A nice izakaya Ambience. Staffs are all fluent in English, German and of course Japanese. Will...

Such a cute little Japanese restaurant. All dishes servings are quite small, but at the end we got full. Skewers are very nice, but definitely you won’t feel full after only eating them. I personally like the fried squid the most, very crispy outside and chewy inside. Grilled fish was so tasty as well, but it’s tricky to disassemble meat and bones 😂(not for the first date!) Also, I love Japanese beer, and they have Kirin beer and I loved it!

This small Japanese restaurant tucked along a quiet street specializes in chicken skewers and grilled food. The menu is a little on the pricier side, but the food is delicious, the service friendly, and the drinks, comprising of Japanese cocktails and longdrinks, tasty. The only problem is the small venue, which means that reservations are necessary, otherwise you might come by and find yourself without a table.
