Chennai masala Göttingen — Restaurant in Göttingen

This is not the first time that they messed up with my food. In the past my food was delivered with missing items but this time it crossed limits. I am a vegetarian and I ordered Paneer Tikka Masala. I received CCH (I assume chilli chicken). I received my order in normal packing with a receipt that says Paneer Tikka Masala with a Naan. I did not receive the Naan (although this was not the first time that they did not deliver the Naan and charged for it). I called them and they were very arrogant and talked to me in a rather dismissive and arrogant way. I later opened the packing to see that the label was CCH (chilli chicken I suppose). The food did not look and smell like Paneer Tikka Masala that I generally order. I called them again and they were unapologetically dismissive this time again.

Very arrogant behavior and very bad service. Management...

The delivery took more than 2 hours to reach me after several calls. They said they had already delivered it by 90 min and it turned out to be that the delivery person handed the food to some random person (without even ringing my phone or asking who the random person was). They sent the delivery person to me after 2 hours of waiting, and the guy was mad at me saying I shouldn't have blamed him and whatsoever. I was extremely disappointed so to leave a 1 star review on liferando. Then the restaurant called me back in another 50 minutes and threatened me for the review and said I was a bad customer and I will never get to order food anymore. This is a next-level disappointment....

The reason for me to give a 3 star is very simple.

Food- Dosa and Kothu Parrontha is very very nice. I have tried Dosa in more than 20 restaurants and by far this is best dosa I have had. If you ask for extra chutney they charge you 3.5 euros for that. This is not reasonable.

The other curry dishes are not at all authentic. You will get sweet curries. The Raita is another disappointment.

Service- The main attendant (the short uncle) is not very friendly with Indians and I only wonder why. He is always in some hurry when he is on a table where Indians are sitting.

The atmosphere itself is not that good. It's okay okay.
