Very disappointing experience, especially considering we’ve been regular customers visiting with a group of 8–10 people consistently every week over the past year.

We had asked if we could sit downstairs and go upstairs ourselves to order and collect drinks. The staff agreed at first, but not long after, they asked us to move upstairs. We decided that we’d finish our current game first and then move, which they seemed fine with.

In the meantime, one of our friends went to get a drink, and the staff refused service, saying they wouldn’t serve anyone. That abrupt shift in attitude, despite our respectful approach, was unnecessary and unprofessional.

Great cocktails and nice relaxed lounge atmosphere. They have reasonable prices and friendly laid back staff, would highly recommend it for cocktails and casual get togethers. Anything over 8 person group would be tough to accommodate but just my personal opinion seeing the space. Cool posters and prints of graphic novels...
