KRÖNNER Kaffeehaus & Konditorei — Restaurant in Garmisch-Partenkirchen

Quite a busy cafe spot that serves meals as well as coffees and cakes. It was a little confusing how things worked. We ordered a cake from the shop and was printed a receipt ticket. Tables are seat yourself wherever is free, so it was a little tricky to find an empty table when it was so busy. Service was not very good! Our table wasn't cleared off from the last group until at least 10 minutes after we sat down, then we were finally able to give the waitress our ticket with the cake slice we ordered. We ordered a nut cake. It was pretty good and just ever so slightly too sweet. After finishing our cake it was near impossible to flag down a waiter to get the bill to pay and leave. They never walked by or noticed that we were ready to pay. After at least another 10 minutes of waiting, we just left the money on the table and left. We had our breakfast in this restaurant two days ago, arrived at the door, no one is there. Then we entered to look for someone to show us our seats. Finally after 5 mins someone showed up and told us set anywhere and left. We sat down and order Chicken toast & Omelette. As the picture shows, the Omelette burnt and tasteless + We got Pineapple toast with small slices of chicken also burnt. Then we decided to try the dessert. I visited this place on my trip to Germany around 13 October 2018 not sure about the date in evening to enjoy their famous cake and coffee with my family.. when I was served coffee by the lady staff I told her that I require a hot cup as this is not that warm.. she took my cup got it back banged it on my table saying this is maximum I can do for u. The way she banged the cup I must say forget about the cake and coffee we were so shocked by her rude behaviour that we just paid and left.. we had gone there from India and I must say never ever anywhere I have encountered such staff obviously never goin back.
