Pizza Puoro — Restaurant in Garmisch-Partenkirchen

We had a really disappointing experience here. The restaurant was full inside except the high stool chair not comfortable. we have ordered but only drinks have arrived. Once we saw one customer on one of the table left. We asked for a specific table that was available, the waitress said she needed to check if it was reserved and then never got back to us.( we got food) still asked her nicely if there the rest of the table available now there are 3 tables available. So we decided to followed up with her, she finally said it was all 3 tables reserved it is 7.40pm anyways — but over time we saw not just one, but three tables become available and still nothing was offered to us.

Instead, we were seated on a high stool, which was very uncomfortable — and it was cold outside to be sit there too. On top of that, the waitress never came by to check on our food or ask if we needed anything. Unfortunately, the service really...

If your are looking for a quiet place to have some pizza and chill away from the crowds this is the place. Pizza margarita was fantastic .. although we ordered the penne pesto but instead they made it with spaghetti, the lovely waitress apologized and tried to explain to us that spaghetti is easier to make ! :) we insisted to have it penne pesto, another waiters less friendly came to our table suggesting to have spaghetti pesto coz all pastas are the same :) and she claimed that we don’t make it with penne .. when we insisted and showed her the picture of the penne pesto that ppl posted here in google maps .. she agreed but with a warning that it will take a long time .. which was fine for us .. pasta turned...

Never recommend visiting this place. First of all there were 3 free tables when we came, we were offered to be outside in a rainy weather. And when we left there were stil 2 free tables. The girl told us we need to wait pasta more than 45 minutes. But people who ordered 2 minutes before us got it in 20 minutes or less. When we were ready with the order the waitress went to another table to accept order even though we were ready earlier. Basically if you did not book they really don’t consider you as human. Pizza was average. We were very disappointed leaving the place and not happy about...
