Ristorante Trattoria Nudelstube — Restaurant in Giessen

The place is very very tiny and doesn't have so many places. Sometimes you are touching with your chair the one of the guy behind you, but the atmosphere is nice and feels like home. The food and especially the pasta is basically always home made and tastes marvellously. Always cooked at the right time and the flavors are delicate and delicious. Cooking time are short and the service is kind. What is a bit salty is the price: I find 15€ for a plate of pasta way too much. Payment only with cash and reservation are...

Well... Actually this place deserves just a 1-star rating, because they don't offer payment by credit card. That's an absolute knockout in this day and age. Nevertheless, the pasta was so incredible good that i can overlook this issue. For the first time in my life I ate "Lunette" which is pasta stuffed with almond and broccoli. It was accompanied by a lemon sauce, rucola and parmesan....

Ein kleines gemütliches Restaurant. Die Speisekarte bietet nicht viel an. Eher wenig. Preisleistungsverhältniss ist in einem angemessenen Bereich. Ich bestellte mir nur einen Cappuccino, da man nicht viel Auswahlmöglichkeit an der Speisekarte habe. Der Cappuccino war in Ordnung. Doch einige Zeit später, bevor ich es weiter trinken wollte, sah ich eine Fliege in meinem Cappuccino. Nach dem der Kellner zu unsere Richtung kam, aber zu jemand anderen und uns zum zweiten mal nicht sah, als ich die Hand gehoben habe, riefe ich Ihn zu mir. Ich zeigte ihm die Fliege. Daraufhin sagte er, ich zitiere: ,,Ja das kann von oben gekommen sein, von der Decke''. Da war nicht mal eine Entschuldigung dabei, geschweige ein freundliches Auftreten. So etwas...
