The afternoon buffet is 16.90€, cash only (+3 € for a sushi buffet). The staff doesn't willingly speak English but eventually attempts to communicate. At the beginning you're being informed (politely) that you have 1h30 and you're supposed to leave after that. The time is perfectly sufficient for a relaxed meal, but I didn't like the fact of having a timed meal (-1 star for atmosphere). Besides that everything was excellent. Moderate choice of dishes, but all very tasty. Vegetarian options are limited (4-5), highlighted with a clear green label (that convinced us to choose this place). 3 shrimp dishes, some squid. Very good desserts, no ice cream.

We had a Chinese /Vietnamese buffet lunch here on a Sunday. Although we had not booked ahead we were warmly welcomed by a smiley young waitress to a table. The place was absolutely heaving. All the people appeared to be regulars here and had obviously sampled this buffet offering before. There was sushi as well as lots of other dishes including fried king prawns etc. Soup was also available. Sweets included jelly, fruits, banana pieces with Chocolate drizzle? Everyone seemed to be enjoying there food. If you are in Griefswald and fancy an Asian buffet, do come here you won't be...

Bezüglich der Einhaltung von Corona-Maßnahmen ist kaum Mühe aufgewandt worden. Es wird lediglich versucht zu lüften. Die provisorisch auf den Boden gemalten Linien zur Abstandsgewinnung sind keinem Nutzen zuzusprechen. Viel mehr erscheinen sie einem unsinnig, eher als Alibi-Makierung. Ein Zollstock/Maßband wurde augenscheinlich nicht verwendet. Das Personal trägt zwar Masken, belehrt gesondert hinsichtlich geltender Regeln jedoch gar nicht. Die Gäste sitzen sehr gedrungen im Raum, wonach mit unzureichend Abstand zwischen den Tischen zu rechnen ist. Diesbezüglich gibt es die Schulnote 5, mangelhaft.

Während die durchschnittlichen Preise durchaus attraktiv wirkten, konnte das Essen teilweise leider nicht überzeugen. Vor allem das Hähnchenfleisch schmeckte qualitativ sehr billig. Es war fast schon ein wenig eklig beim abbeißen. Die Auswahl des Buffets war überschaubar. Die separate Getränkekarte hingegen hatte einiges zu bieten. Das Personal hat sich bemüht, war teilweise allerdings ein wenig unfreundlich. Außerdem ist nur Bar-Zahlung möglich. Das ist allerdings nirgends deutlich ausgeschrieben.
