I had had a rough night when I went here to grab a coffee this morning. The Iranian woman working at the counter started saying rude things about me (wrongly assuming I didn't speak her language) as soon as I asked for a coffee. I let it slide and tried to ignore her but when she continued, I told her I could understand her to which she said she didn't care. The other woman (most probably Afghan, judging from her accent) laughed along while the Iranian insulted me but was quick to jump in when I confronted her. I have never experienced anything like this in Germany (or elsewhere) before and saying that I am shook from the incident would be an understatement. It was my first time trying Nur Hier, and not only did I not get my coffee but was treated with contempt and hostility for reasons best known to the aforementioned Iranian woman who severely lacks any work ethic and probably her Afghan coworker who very clearly enjoyed watching a customer get insulted. 1 Stern ist schon zu viel… nie wieder hin!!!Service ist einfach Katastrophe. Tische dreckig -halb so schlimm im Vergleich zu den beiden Mitarbeiterin. So frech inkompetent und unfreundlich. Und Was komplett über alle Grenzen gegangen ist, da wo wir (ich und meine Schwester) gefrühstückt haben, und meine Schwester ist wieder zum Tresen gegangen, um was süsses für uns zu holen, während sie mit mir am Telefonieren war, um mir genauer zu sagen, was der Laden da hat. Ich bin in dem Moment am Tisch mit unseren Sachen geblieben, dazu bin ich auch schwanger(im 8 Monat). Als meine Schwester bestellen wollte, die Mitarbeiterin hat so frech zu ihr gesagt, dass sie normalerweise die Kunden, die am Telefonieren sind, nicht bedient, sie sollte erstmal auflegen dann bestellen, sonst ist das respektlos zu ihr! Während meine Schwester erklärt hat, dass ich schwanger bin, und sie wollte nur mich fragen, was ich genau möchte. Als Antwort hat sie bekommen „Schwangerschaft ist keine Krankheit“.

Mehr habe ich leider nicht zu sagen, es ist einfach traurig! Liebe Mitarbeiterin, ich wünsche für sie trotzdem alles gute und Lächeln hätte Ihnen...
