We called ahead and we were told to just come in, and I'm glad we did. The style of food is Spanish tapas and we had a wide variety of dishes, dates in bacon, buratta with fried grapes, caramelized funnel to name a few. Wonderful location, good wine and excellent food, the owners who cook and serve are friendly and genuinely interested in their guests

For us it was an (hidden) gem at the edge of Hirsch park in district Blankenese. Would definitely go...

This place is amazing. Katja is the most gracious and accommodating host I have met in a long while, and her food is absolutely delicious. Added bonus - love from the resident pups. I will always remain extremely grateful that she let a few strangers crash her own dinner party on a quiet and late end of a Sunday night....

We had dinner at El Local, a tapas restaurant by a tennis court in Hamburg Blankenese nearby. Really great food,wine, wonderful hosts, and lovely conversations — highly recommended. At the end, a walk through the Hirschwald. Beautiful old trees — also highly recommended. Greetings from the...
