BURGER KING Deutschland GmbH — Restaurant in Hanover

We went there as we love Burger King and we sat upstairs my partner went down again to get something else and the cleaning staff forbids her to go back where we were sat saying they were closing upstairs floor even though it had lots of people sat. I got a message from my partner saying she could go back there. I went downstairs to talk to the manager and he simply refused us both to go back there. The restaurant closes at 03:00am and it was around 21:00 when the restaurant is quite busy. Neither less to say there were no sit available downstairs. The manager said his name was Kai and they had to close upstairs to mop the floor and I asked him, how long would that take and he answered 1 and a half hour. That’s an absurd it is Friday night 06.06.2025 09:00pm full of people and you have to close upstairs? Couldn’t you swipe the floor and keep it organized until is calm as it closes just at 03:00am? What a lack of respect with customers who go out for dinner on a weekend and had to go through this. Everyone there seemed very stressed and you could see clear that management at this franchise in Hannover is horribly managed. End of story I had to leave my food there and went to a McDonald’s beside it where they treated us with respect and we could seat anywhere we wanted wanted. This place in Hannover...

They only take your order by the machines and give you the opportunity to choose that langue I chose spanish and ask for a nugget menu. With it it came a beverage, the machine offered mainly the coca cola brands. Which I chose sprite, the ticket printed a multivitamin beverage. I did not realize that the ticket was mentioning this beverage instead for the sprite I clearly chose on the screen of the machines. As soon as I got my order I notice the beverage was not want I asked, though I ask politely since the menu cost the same regardless of the beverage if I could get a sprite. The eswer was... It's not my problem the ticket says multivitamin juice you get that and cannot change. I try to argue and the answer was I do no understand and is your fault. Though the price is the same. The people there are rimless, I the. Ate the nuggets which seemed to be not recently fried, they tasted like rubber. The service was more than poorly and extremely rude.

One of the worst place I thought I have ever been in my life. It's horrible. the people there don't even know how to treat a customer. They are yelling at the Customer with no reason. They behave even with out a common sense. It's just like a nightmare for me. I don't know why Burger King is spoiling there reputation by employing such a people. There managers are even more annoying. They don't even have a skill to manage there employees and customers. I used to have a very good opinion on Burger King but they spoiled it one night. I hope they realize and take necessary actions. Overall I am giving 1 star because there is no option to give Zero star. In my point of view they don't even have a right to deserve...
