6 Sinne Sky Bar and Restaurant — Restaurant in Hanover

I was at this Bar with my sister at around 7pm . Infront of us were 2 ladies . They were received properly without reservation and were escorted outside on the roof terrace. The Waitress at the entrance then attended to us and we were told we have to book ahead of time if we wanted to seat at the terrace. We could see empty tables and the 2 ladies ahead of us could enter why not us? The lady offerd us to instead sit inside not on the terrace because they were full and people hat booked and will be coming soon. We declined and decided to go. On going out we met clients coming out of the bar and we asked if it was on reservation and to our surprise they said no. No need to book ahead of time . Confused i decide at the moment to try and book on their website and to my surprise there were still taking reservations less than 15min and moreover you can't specify were to sit in the booking process. So we were refused acess to the Terrace beacause we were 2 darkskined ladies? why lettng people in and refusing us? why lie that we need to book first? We were so dissapointed and declined sitting inside so decided to leave. We won't spend our money were we are not welcome as dark skined women. This people are racist. I would not...

Nicely located in the downtown of Hannover as a Sky Bar with outside seatings, modern interior, huge place. Service was friendly, I liked it a lot that you can leave your jacket at the reception (but without token). Food was good, meat was ok - I had the Lammglück (lamb fortune) from the winter menu. (Price range between 30-50€ I would say).

Beverages were yum, I had the espresso martini (around 10€) the beverage menu had around 20 pages - incredible!

I fancy to go there for some snacks and cocktails next time - think this place has its strength in the beverages and looks more likely like a huge bar on high level (price, service, interior), it got crowded around 10pm or so. It’s a place for some glamour and high class drinks...

We absolutely loved this place.

We came for dinner on a Saturday evening. We were welcomed by smiling staff and the service was at the highest standard all evening.

The food was absolutely delicious; both the lamb and simmentaler entrecote were cooked to perfection. The veggies, couscous and potato-selleri puree fresh and flavorful.

The strawberry-pistacio tiramisu was delicious but has nothing to do with tiramisu and would have been bette riff with a different name.

The views are breathtaking and it’s a great way to enjoy Hannover from above.

The only minus from our side is the awful smoke from cigarettes but this is a problem across German...
