Subway — Restaurant in Hanover

Today we experienced rudeneas of the Subway cashier(store manager) around 16.00 oclock with my two little daugthers. While waiting for the payment, I and my little kids started eating our sandwiches and the cashier yelled on us that we couldnt eat before payment in a very rude way. He shouted that here is Germany not USA! He shouted that we should have wait. But we couldnt make the payment because of the long waiting line. This is so rude and I am complaining to Subway headoffice as well. I have eaten Subway all around the world abd never threated in this way. Please be careful with this store!! Stay away from this Subway location!! There are better food options...

I love Subway. It's great, cheap, quick, always tastes good. In fact I could really do with one right now, but I think it's closed. Ich weiß nicht, wo ich anfangen soll. Die Bestellung war völlig falsch nummeriert, was beim Essen ein komplettes Durcheinander verursacht hat. Zuvor hatte ich angerufen und gefragt, ob die Bestellung nach der Online-Bestellung nummeriert werden könnte. Und dennoch waren sie völlig FALSCH!

Subway sollte eine Lösung finden, um die Bestellung zu nominieren, damit der Kunde erkennt, welches was ist…

Die Subs waren geschmacklich und optisch eine absolute KATASTROPHE! In den Subs war viel zu wenig Fleisch. Es schien, als wären in allen Subs jeweils nur 10 kleine Streifen Chicken Teriyaki, das wohl das Restfleisch vom Abend war. Gemüse hat bei vielen nicht zum Sub gepasst. Die Soßen waren kaum zu schmecken, da nur eine geringe Menge vorhanden war.

Wir sind also sehr enttäuscht. Eine weitere Bestellung würden wir hier nicht...
