I said but in the door written you are open until 18:00, she replied we are closed. I said please close the door and update information in the door and in google maps too. Strange...

Ich bin dort in der Bäckerei seit meiner Kindheit Kundin. War auch immer super zufrieden und bin gerne hingegangen, gerade wegen dem netten Personal. Dieses hat seit ein paar Monaten leider sehr nachgelassen. Freundlichkeit ist ein Fremdwort! Die übertriebene Freundlichkeit wird gespielt und man merkt, dass das Personal über ihre Kundschaft lästert. Dies ist leider mehrmals nun passiert. Heute war allerdings die Kirsche auf dem Sahnehäubchen! Ein Kunde wurde mit mir sehr schroff behandelt, weil es wohl ein Fehler bei der TooGoodToGo-App gab! Sie sei jetzt im Stress und könne uns nicht helfen und wir hätten Pech... auch wenn diese Filiale um die Ecke bei mir liegt werde ich sie wohl erstmal nicht mehr besuchen... solange diese Dame...
